Shipping policy

Where we ship

Revgear ships to all 50 U.S. states and to most countries worldwide. Rates are shown at checkout based on your address and order total. A small number of destinations we cannot serve, and the products that cannot travel everywhere, are listed below.

Order processing time

Place your order by 8:00 a.m. Pacific and we ship within 2 business days. Orders placed after 8:00 a.m. Pacific on Friday through 8:00 a.m. Pacific on Monday ship on Tuesday. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

You will receive an order confirmation email at checkout, and a tracking number by email when your order ships. If you do not receive either, please contact us.

Shipping rates — contiguous 48 states

  • Orders of $99.00 or more: FREE UPS Ground.
  • Orders under $99.00: flat $15.00 UPS Ground.

The free-shipping threshold is based on your merchandise subtotal before discount codes are applied and before tax. Ground delivery normally arrives within 7 business days of shipment, depending on your distance from our San Antonio, Texas warehouse.

Domestic orders in the lower 48 ship via UPS. We do not offer USPS service within the contiguous 48 states.

Heavy bags and oversized items

Shipping on heavy bags is already included in the product price, and these items ship at no additional shipping charge within the contiguous 48 states. Heavy bags and other oversized or freight-class items are not eligible for expedited service, and are not quoted online for Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, APO/FPO or international destinations — contact us for a shipping quote on those orders.

Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories and military addresses

Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands, American Samoa, the Northern Mariana Islands and APO/FPO/DPO military addresses ship by USPS at a flat rate based on your order total:

  • Orders under $99.00: $20.00
  • Orders of $99.00 to $249.99: $35.00
  • Orders of $250.00 or more: $60.00

These destinations are not eligible for free shipping. At checkout, choose United States as the country and select your state or territory (or AA, AE or AP for military mail) as the state. Military mail requires a customs declaration, which we complete for you. Heavy bags and other oversized items are not quoted online for these destinations — contact us for a shipping quote.

P.O. Boxes

We cannot deliver to P.O. Box addresses. Our domestic carrier service requires a physical street address. Please provide a street address at checkout.

Expedited delivery

Expedited service is available on eligible orders and addresses. Expedited orders must be placed by 8:00 a.m. Pacific to ship the same processing day, and can only be delivered to physical street addresses — not P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Saturday delivery, where available, carries an additional carrier charge. Contact customer care if you need a guaranteed delivery date.

International orders

We ship to most countries worldwide. International shipping is a flat rate based on your destination and your order total, in U.S. dollars:

  • Canada and Mexico: $24.99 for orders under $99.00 · $29.99 for orders of $99.00 to $249.99 · $34.99 for orders of $250.00 or more
  • United Kingdom and Europe: $29.99 for orders under $99.00 · $34.99 for orders of $99.00 to $249.99 · $39.99 for orders of $250.00 or more
  • All other countries: $34.99 for orders under $99.00 · $39.99 for orders of $99.00 to $249.99 · $49.99 for orders of $250.00 or more

Where available, checkout shows prices and shipping in your local currency. Transit times vary by country and by how quickly your shipment clears customs, and are carrier estimates rather than guarantees. Free shipping promotions apply to the contiguous 48 states only.

Duties, taxes and customs fees. Import duties and taxes are calculated and collected at checkout, so there is nothing more to pay on delivery. Refused shipments that are returned to us are refunded less shipping and any charges the carrier passes on.

Destinations we cannot serve. We do not ship to Afghanistan, Belarus, Central African Republic, Cuba, Ethiopia, Hong Kong, Iran, Iraq, Lebanon, Libya, Mali, Nicaragua, North Korea, Russia, Somalia, Sudan, Syria, Ukraine or Venezuela.

Products that cannot travel everywhere. Heavy bags and other oversized or freight-class items cannot be shipped internationally through online checkout; contact us for a freight quote. Some training equipment — including replica training firearms, training knives, sticks and batons, and aerosol products — is restricted or prohibited by customs in certain countries and cannot be exported there. If something in your order cannot ship to your country, we will contact you and refund that item before the rest of the order ships.

Accuracy of your address. International carriers require a complete address and a working phone number and email for customs contact. Shipments delayed or returned because of an incomplete address are not eligible for a shipping refund.

Wholesale and dealer accounts

Approved wholesale accounts are charged shipping as a percentage of the order value, with a $15.00 minimum charge per order, for delivery to the contiguous 48 states:

  • 9.5% — AL, AR, FL, IA, KS, LA, MS, MO, TN, TX
  • 11.5% — AZ, CO, CT, DC, DE, GA, IL, KY, MA, MD, ME, MI, MN, NC, NH, NJ, OH, PA, RI, SC, UT, VA, VT, WI, WV, WY
  • 12% — CA, ID, IN, MT, ND, NE, NM, NV, NY, OR, SD, WA

Wholesale orders are not eligible for retail free shipping promotions. Wholesale orders to Alaska, Hawaii or U.S. territories are quoted individually by your sales representative. Wholesale accounts outside the United States can order online: checkout shows an estimated freight charge, and after your in-stock items are packed your sales representative confirms the final freight. Payment is collected when your order ships, or on your account terms. Wholesale shipments cannot be delivered to P.O. Boxes.

Damaged, lost or incorrect shipments

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete or incorrect, contact us within 14 days of delivery at customercare@revgear.com or 800-767-8288 and we will make it right. Please keep the original packaging until the issue is resolved, as carrier claims require it. Carrier delivery schedules vary during peak holiday periods, and published transit times are carrier estimates rather than guarantees.
