Bad Boy had a huge presence at the first ASR Virtue show, held in conjunction with the ASR show in San Diego, CA on September 5 and 6, 2008. ASR stands for “Action Sports Retail, and the show is the largest of its kind in the USA. Traditionally, the show has catered to the Surf, Skate, and Swimwear industries. However, last year, the show was joined by a handful of MMA Brands. This year, in an effort to give this new industry its own voice, the show organizers created ”Virtue,” which was held at the Hard Rock Hotel, across from the San Diego Convention Center.

Bad Boy was like an island of professionalism among the simple “drape and table” booths that inundated the show. Such professionalism resulted in a great deal of interest in our products as well as our fighters, Mauricio “Shogun” Rua, Roger “El Matador” Huerta, Diego “The Nightmare” Sanchez, and Fabricio “Morango” Camoes, who showed up to sign autographs.
