This bladder is designed to fit most standard boxing and MMA speed bags. Check the dimensions of your bag to ensure a proper fit.
Deflate the old bladder, remove it from the bag, and insert the new bladder. Inflate the new bladder to the appropriate pressure. Ensure the bladder is properly seated inside the bag.
