**WARRANTY DETAILS: Bag is warranted against manufacturer’s defects and normal wear-and-tear for 90 days from the purchase date. Warranty is voided if bag is not hung properly, especially connecting the D-ring of the bag directly to a carabineer or any other metal intermediary. Bags are designed for use with gloves. Using any form of metal, wood, plastic or anything else on the heavy bag will void the warranty.

I bought 10 for my kickboxing studio. James Sommers was extremely helpful and got me all the pieces that I needed. The bags are great! Solid enough to take a beating over and over.
