The Youth Combat Series shin guards cover the full shin and instep with an extra foot strap to keep them in place through kicks, checks, and scrambles. The headgear covers the cheeks, chin, forehead, and the back and sides of the head. The gloves are padded across the middle knuckles and thumbs for sessions on the bag and the pads. All of it is built for kids, sized for kids, and tested against what kids actually do in a martial arts class.
