Joel Mickells, Revgear sponsored fighter, won his first professional fight on Thursday, September 3, 2009. This was a Pro Muay Thai Fight for Ring Wars Omaha, and Joel's fight was the co-main event of the evening.To be ready for this fight, Joel had started a new strength and conditioning program and a 7-week of hardcore Muay Thai training at Mid-America Martial Arts. Joel says that “training was literary hell”. But it was obviously worth it. Joel's opponent was Chad Obermiller.
