What does it take to defeat any opponent no matter what their size,
strength or skill?
It takes determination, strong will, and heart. When all else matches up,
it comes down to who wants it more, who has the tougher chin, who never
thinks about quitting, and who uses Revgear training equipment.
What is the hardest thing you had to overcome to become a successful
fighter?
Sparring with Erik Charles (haha). Seriously, it has been redirecting
my mindset. I grew up with a negative self image, and thinking that I
wasn't good at anything. Once I broke through my mental block, there was
a huge increase in my skills and abilities. Without a clear mind, all
the strengths and skills in the world will never fully come to fruition.
