This headgear fits snuggly and protects the entire head (back, top, sides, and even the cheeks.)  The Revgear headgear has a comfortable chinstrap that unlike other headgears i have used stay firmly secure during use.  The headgear is thick enough to be used in full contact sparring, yet light enough to be used over long periods of time without causing discomfort.  I got this headgear because I saw Babalu Sobral and Fabricio Werdum using it during practice.
