Utilizing the Armbar Helps This Mountain Rise

May 23rd 2012

Brad Mountain returned to Pennsylvania to make is professional MMA debut last month and scored a huge victory. Mountain made his debut with an amateur record of 4-4 before entering into the bout against Greg Wolfe, who was also making his professional debut. Mountain has spent his time training out of two different facilities, one being Tim Boetsch’s Barbarian Combat Sports and the other Dignan-Brumbaugh MMA Academy. The fight was an equal mix of standing exchanges as well as ground work. However, Mountain secured an armbar moments before the bell sounded in the first round, forcing Wolfe to tap. This is definitely the first of many victories awaiting Mountain in his career.
