    This piece of equipment is another necessity of my training camp. It allows me to really dig in and throw punches to my trainers body without worrying about hurting them. (My coach can attest to not wanting a full force punch to the body from me.) While using this pad to train it allows me to get the full cardio and muscle stamina I need to take home that next victory.

    I have been using this belly pad multiple times a week in my Bas Rutten training classes and it works flawlessly. It has padding in all the right places fits perfect. ( I am 6 ft 195 lbs size 32 waist and it molds to my waist perfectly. It also has plenty of adjustment. Like I said before this is the Cadillac of belly pads.
