Great piece, and my second one. I use a basic belly pad in my rotation as well, but this is needed for working the body punches, straight punches to the body and higher than normal front kicks. Super comfy and shock absorbant.
Amazing body protector i use to be professional boxer 20years ago , and ive forgotten more about boxing then most will ever no, and you can hit this vest hard no problem i weigh 275 and vest fits great (adjustable)
