This works well for giving a realistic head movement while doing hands and feet working together to open up head shots.

Great addition to my Krav Maga course. It allows more realistic head strikes, eye gouges, ear claps and headbutts. Long nails on trainees will tear the material when eye gouging. That was only issue.

I have a friend that ordered this same target in the spring and his came with a simple draw string bag, and was $20 cheaper..... The target itself is good, but just disappointed that for the extra money I paid through your company it didn't even come with a simple bag to carry it in.

Love for perfectioning punching techniques overall it helps on precise striking im able to create more angles for students and also helps on timing and accuracy!!!!

Bought after trying out at my gym with an instructor. Def a great addition (not replacement) to focus mitts. You get a chance to see/feel where your punches land and have to maintain focus since it will move after you strike.

Excellent product, great for simulating actual striking. Love it!

Such an obvious idea, amazed we're just now seeing something like this. It's a quite a step up from your classic strike mitt, and surprisingly comfortable for the holder/trainer.

PROS: It's great having an anatomically correct TARGET for the sake of accuracy. It's lightweight surprisingly quite sturdy comfortable(ish) to strike AND hold.

CONS: It's bigger than we thought it would be, but I'm not sure I would want it smaller for the holder/trainer's sake. If the trainee isn't "there yet" with accuracy, might want to be wise to wear an arm guard.

So far, so good. Lets see how it holds up!
