Early last December, Bad Boy went to Machida Artes Marciais in Belem, Brazil to visit Bad Boy Fighter, Lyoto “The Dragon” Machida in his 10th week of training for his fight with Thiago Silva at UFC 94.

The following video is a brief look into the training that Lyoto has maintained since the cancellation of his fight with Silva at UFC 89. Rather than stop his training, Lyoto continued on and kept a steady pace, working on his conditioning and technique under the supervision of his father and Shotokan Karate Master Yoshizo Machida, his brother Chinzo, and his conditioning coach Eduardo Bastos.
