On May 9, 2009, Revgear Sponsored Fighter Julia Wheeler and her teammate Marco Moreno from Rister International Martial Arts took part in NAGA Texas competition (Garland, TX). The fight was not very successful for Julia – she got injured and is now recovering. But Julia is a tough girl! Three years ago she had a back injury and doctors told her she would not do any sports again. Since then she got a second and a third place in grappling competition. Get well soon, Julia!
