Carlos Ruffo is 9 years old and Giovanni is 8. Carlos and Giovanni began training in JKD when they were only 18 months old. At first, parents enrolled Carlos: the two boys were at the babysitter's all day and it was the best way for Carlos to start socializing with other kids.

Both boys showed talent and they loved what they were learning, so the guys' parents slowly began to branch out into other arts – Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, wrestling, Muay Thai.

Right now Carlos is an undefeated AAU wrestling champion for four years, USA Wrestling Champion for 2 years and eight times NAGA Champion. Gio is USA wrestling champion for 2 years, and four times NAGA champion. The boys train in the best facilities of California and Nevada, including Xtreme Couture, Wand Fight Team and High Desert Jets Wrestling Team.
