The Balazs® H2S™ Ceiling Mount is a premium heavy bag ceiling mount for punching bags, engineered for superior durability, smoother bag movement, and long-lasting performance. Built from heavy-duty powder-coated steel, this boxing heavy bag ceiling mount is designed for secure installation to ceilings or beams in home gyms, boxing gyms, MMA facilities, martial arts schools, and commercial training spaces.
Unlike traditional punching bag hangers, the Balazs® H2S™ Ceiling Mount includes the patented Heavy Hanging System™ (H2S™), an advanced suspension system developed by Balazs Boxing to improve heavy bag performance while reducing stress on your equipment and mounting structure.
The patented H2S™ system incorporates a commercial-grade spring and swivel into a compact design that helps:
